• Print at "Actual size" / 100% - not "Fit to page".
• 24-32 lb (90-120 gsm) paper looks lovely; regular copy paper works too.
• Print double-sided (flip on long edge) for weekly and monthly spreads.
• The wide left margin leaves room for a 3-hole punch.
