Fillable ADHD Cleaning Planner, Daily Weekly Monthly Chore Chart (Digital Download) A4 and US Letter
Category: Planners / Home
Some days the house feels louder than your head. This planner gives you one page to look at, one thing to start with, and a timer that tells you when to stop.
Some days the house feels louder than your head. This planner gives you one
page to look at, one thing to start with, and a timer that tells you when to
stop.
It was made for the way an ADHD brain actually works: small, finishable
steps, a single big priority instead of a long list, and a place to dump
everything that is circling so it stops taking up room. Three pages — a
daily reset, a weekly plan and a monthly plan — with cheerful hand-drawn
cleaning art on every one, because a grey table is not something you want to
open.
You can type straight into it or print it and use a pen. Both work.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 2 PDF files — one A4 (210 x 297 mm), one US Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
• 3 pages in each file: Daily Cleaning Reset, Weekly Cleaning Plan, Monthly
Cleaning Plan
• Every box is a fillable form field — 147 text boxes and 91 tick boxes in
total
• The text shrinks by itself as you type, so a long sentence still fits the
box
• Undated and not tied to any year — use it again next month and next year
• Colour illustrations on every page; prints beautifully in colour or black
and white
PAGE 1 — DAILY CLEANING RESET
• Date, room or zone of the day, and an energy check (low / med / high)
• TODAY'S ONE BIG THING — the one task that counts if nothing else happens
• Morning reset and evening reset, six short lines each
• Power Hour — three tasks, fifteen minutes each, stop when the timer rings
• A generous brain-dump box for everything that is circling
• Don't forget, and a win of the day
PAGE 2 — WEEKLY CLEANING PLAN
• Week of, this week's focus zone, and the reward waiting at the end
• A colour-coded row for every day: room or zone plus two tasks
• Weekly reset checklist — eight lines
• Laundry and linens — five lines
• Notes and supplies
PAGE 3 — MONTHLY CLEANING PLAN
• Month, year and the month's big focus
• A full undated month grid — a date box, a tick box and a task line in
every cell
• Monthly deep clean — eight lines
• Declutter zone of the month, with three steps
• Wins and notes

• A gift for someone who says "I do not know where to start"
HOW TO USE
• Open the PDF in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click any box and type —
the letters shrink until your text fits
• Click the small squares to tick tasks off on screen
• Or print it and fill it in by hand
• Print one daily page every morning, one weekly page every Sunday, one
monthly page at the start of the month
HOW TO PRINT
• Choose the A4 or the US Letter file to match your paper
• In the print dialog set Scale to "Actual size" or 100%, not "Fit to page"

PLEASE NOTE
• This is a digital download. Nothing will be posted to you — your files are
available the moment your payment clears
• Colours vary a little from screen to screen and printer to printer

Acrobat Reader is free and works on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android.
Some browser previews show the pages but will not save what you type
• For personal use only. Please do not resell, share, redistribute or claim
the files or the artwork as your own
