You are standing on someone's driveway with a tape measure and a number in your head, and you are about to say it out loud. This is the thing that makes sure the number is right.
WHAT THIS IS
A single file that opens in the browser you already have. No installing, no
account, no internet, nothing to subscribe to. You double-click it and it is
open - on your laptop at the kitchen table, on a tablet in the truck, on a
phone in the customer's driveway.
It is not a spreadsheet and not a Canva template. It is a real working
calculator that prices a job by square footage, surface type and how dirty the
surface is, then prints a quote on your own letterhead.

WHAT IT DOES
• Prices 17 surface types out of the box - driveway, sidewalk, patio, pool
deck, garage floor, vinyl siding, brick, stucco, wood deck, composite deck,
fence, roof soft wash, gutter faces, awnings, dumpster pads, commercial
flatwork and parking lots. Add your own as well.
• Four soiling levels with their own multipliers - light, normal, heavy and
severe - so an oil-stained driveway is not priced like a clean one.
• Site conditions as percentages, not guesswork - two or three storeys, gates
and stairs, hauling your own water, same-day or weekend work.
• Minimum charge per surface and a minimum job price, applied for you and
flagged on screen so you never quote below your floor.
• Extra services as flat fees or a rate per square foot - rust removal, oil
treatment, sealing, deck stain, window and screen cleaning, gutter clean-out,
efflorescence.
• Travel: a flat trip charge plus a rate per mile.
• Your own adjustment lines, as a dollar amount or a percentage of the job.
• Discount, sales tax, deposit percentage and optional rounding up.
• An optional job-cost block - chemicals, fuel, crew hours, equipment - that
shows your profit and margin before you send the quote.
• A length x width helper, so you can type 60 x 15 instead of doing the maths.
• Time on site estimated from your own cleaning speed per surface.
• Square feet or square metres, at the flip of a switch. Your rates convert
with it.
• Nine currencies built in, or type any symbol you like.
• Three ready-made price books built on real 2026 US market rates -
Competitive, Standard and Premium - then change any number you like.
• Saved quotes with search, status (draft, sent, won, lost), your total
quoted, total won and your win rate. Export the list to a spreadsheet.
• A printable quote with your logo, business name, licence number, terms,
deposit due and a signature line. Print it or save it as a PDF from your
browser.
• Light and dark mode. Works down to a 360-pixel-wide phone screen.
HOW TO OPEN IT
Double-click the .html file. If it opens in something other than a browser,
right-click it, choose Open with, and pick Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
To make it open in your browser every time: on Windows, right-click, Open with,
Choose another app, pick your browser and tick "Always use this app". On Mac,
right-click, Get Info, Open with, pick your browser, then Change All.
HOW SAVING WORKS
Please read this part - it is short and it matters.
• Everything you type is saved automatically, in that browser, on that
computer. A badge at the top of the screen tells you when it is saved.
• Nothing is uploaded. Your customers, your addresses and your prices never
leave your machine, because the app has no way to send them anywhere.
• The "Back up" button downloads a small .json file that you keep. The
"Restore" button loads it back.
• Clearing your browsing data clears the app's memory too. So does a private
or incognito window, and so does moving to a different computer or a
different browser. That is simply how files on your own computer work.
• So: back up now and then, and keep the file somewhere safe - Dropbox, a USB
stick, your own email. Restoring takes about four seconds and brings back
your prices, your business details and every saved quote.
WHAT IT IS NOT
Being blunt here saves us both a message later.
• It is not an app from the App Store or Google Play. It is a web page file.
• There is no account and no login.
• There is no subscription and no expiry. You bought a file.
• It does not sync between your phone and your laptop on its own. Move the
backup file across yourself and it will match.
• It does not send emails or take card payments.
• It does not do accounting, invoicing, routing or scheduling.
• It is not a spreadsheet, so there are no formulas to break - but equally,
you cannot open it in Excel.
BROWSER SUPPORT
Tested on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari, on
Windows, macOS, Android and iPhone, including tablets.
One honest note about iPhone and iPad: Safari clears stored data for downloaded
files more eagerly than a desktop browser does. If you quote from a phone, back
up more often. Internet Explorer is not supported.
