HOW TO USE
• Window over the line: lay the window on the line your child is reading, then slide down one line at a time
• Edge under the line: use the top edge as a line guide - a good step before taking the strip away
• Finger pointer: tap under each word for word-by-word reading
• Follow the 5-step fade plan in the parent guide to move from 1-line window to eyes only
HOW TO PRINT
• Print at "Actual size" or 100% (not "fit to page"). Every strip page has a 1-inch line so you can check
• Classic strips, fun strips, pointers and bookmarks: white cardstock, 65-110 lb (176-300 gsm)
• Overlay strips: clear transparency film made for your printer (inkjet film for inkjet printers, laser film for laser printers)
• Optional: laminate with 3-5 mil pouches. Cut out the window before laminating for a clear, wipe-clean window
• The Print Guide explains every step, the words used and what each character stands for
