HOW TO USE
1. Download the file in the size you use (US Letter or A4).
2. Open it in a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, type your name on the cover and fill in the pages. Save often.
3. Prefer paper? Print the pages and write by hand.
4. Give each recommender your brag sheet and their own memory page, then follow the timeline.
Tip: typed text saves best in a desktop PDF reader. Some browser and phone viewers do not save form fields.

• Print at "Actual size" or 100% (not "Fit to page")
• Regular 20 to 24 lb (75 to 90 gsm) paper for the forms
• 65 to 110 lb cardstock for the thank-you cards, printed in color
