HOW THE WEEKS WORK
• The planner has 44 weekly tabs, Week 1 to Week 44, already built.
• Type your first day of school once. Every weekly tab dates itself from that day.
• Each week keeps its own lessons, to-do list and notes. Nothing is copied over or cleared, so last month's plans are still there when you need them.
• Add your break weeks (for example Thanksgiving or spring break) and they are skipped, so Week 10 is always your 10th week of teaching.
• An Index tab lists every week with its dates. Click a week to open it, and click « INDEX on any page to come back.

• 44 Weekly pages – for every period of every day: Subject, Objective, Activity, Materials and Homework. Subjects and times come from your Setup; type over one for a one-off change. Plus a weekly to-do list with % done, notes, next-week reminders, and that week's events and student birthdays added automatically.
• 12 Monthly calendars – dated for any year, with events and student birthdays filled in automatically.
• Year at a Glance – all 12 months on one page; it updates when you change the year or start month.
• Events & Holidays – type a date once and it shows on the calendars and weekly pages.

HOW TO USE
1. Download the ZIP and open the Quick Start Guide.
2. Google Sheets: click a Make a copy link. Excel: open the Blank .xlsx file.
3. Fill in Quick Setup, add your students and key dates, and start planning Week 1.
REQUIREMENTS
• Google Sheets: a free Google account (computer, tablet or the Google Sheets app).
• Excel: Excel 2010 or newer, Microsoft 365, Excel for Mac or Excel for the web.
• A computer or tablet is easiest for planning; phones work for quick checks.
