Weekly Picture Routine & Sticker Chart
Category: Education / Preschool
A fillable weekly routine and star sticker chart with 24 picture task cards for kids 3 to 6, in bright color and ink-saver versions, A4 and US Letter.
Turn busy mornings and bedtimes into a fun little game: your child glues on the pictures, and every finished task earns a shiny star.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• 2 PDF files: A4 and US Letter, both landscape
• 4 pages in each file: the weekly chart and the picture cards, in a bright color version and an ink-saver version
• 24 picture task cards plus 8 blank cards to draw your own
• Fillable fields you can type in before printing
PAGE 1: MY WEEK CHART (FILLABLE)
• "My Week" header with fillable Name and Week of fields
• 6 task rows, each with an empty picture box and a fillable task name field
• 7 day columns (Monday to Sunday) with 42 big circles for star stickers
• Circles are 0.78 inch (19.8 mm) wide, so standard 3/4 inch (19 mm) star stickers fit inside. No stickers? Each circle has a faint star your child can color in
• "I'm working for:" box with a fillable line and space to draw the reward
• "Stars this week: __ / 42" with a fillable number box
PAGE 2: PICTURE CARDS
• 24 bold, simple pictures to cut out: Wake Up, Use the Potty, Wash Hands, Brush Teeth, Get Dressed, Brush Hair, Breakfast, Pack My Bag, Put On Shoes, Drink Water, Lunch, Play Outside, Tidy Up Toys, Water Plants, Feed the Pet, Share, Be Kind, Dinner, Bath Time, Pajamas On, Read Together, Make My Bed, Quiet Time, Bedtime
• Each card is exactly the size of the picture box on the chart (0.92 inch / 23.3 mm square)
• 8 blank cards for your own tasks
• Thick outlines and one clear style, easy for little ones to recognize
PERFECT FOR
• Parents of toddlers and preschoolers, ages 3 to 6
• Preschool and kindergarten teachers
• Homeschool families
• Morning, after-school and bedtime routines
HOW TO USE
1. Open the PDF and type your child's name, the week and up to 6 tasks (or print it blank and write by hand)
2. Print the chart and the picture cards, then cut out the cards
3. Glue a picture next to each task
4. Add a star sticker every time a task is done, and count the stars at the end of the week
Tip: laminate the chart and cards and use sticky tack or hook-and-loop dots, so you can swap tasks each week.
HOW TO PRINT
• Print at "Actual size" or 100% scale, landscape
• Choose the A4 or US Letter file to match your paper
• Regular printer paper works; 32 lb / 120 gsm paper or card stock feels sturdier for the cards
• Fill in the fields in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or in your browser, then print
PLEASE NOTE
• This is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped
• Stickers are not included
• Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer
• For personal and single classroom use only. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the files
